We work hard to keep our prices competitive and regularly check against other suppliers. If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, let us know the company name and we’ll do our best to match or beat it. 

If something’s priced incorrectly due to a supplier change, or duty update, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, including delivery if you've already paid. Final prices are shown at checkout, excluding VAT and delivery. 

We accept most major cards and process payments securely through Shopify Payments UK. If payment isn't authorised, we can’t process your order. Some special orders placed by phone are handled via Worldpay and may include a small card charge, which we’ll confirm before taking payment.
