We deliver across the UK using trusted couriers like Royal Mail, APC and FedEx. Some items ship directly from our suppliers using their own transport. Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, but we know delays can happen. You'll get a dispatch confirmation and tracking info where available. 

If you’ve asked for a parcel to be left in a safe place, we’ll follow your instructions, but we can’t be held responsible for loss or damage in those cases. We recommend checking your goods on arrival and letting us know within 2 working days if anything is damaged or missing so we can put it right. 

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and cover most of the UK, though some remote areas may incur extra charges. Larger items over 30kg may require customer off-loading or a Hiab, which must be arranged when ordering.
