Our Calcium & Magnesium Media Range offers natural and effective solutions for iron removal, pH neutralisation, and sediment filtration in water treatment systems.

  • Aqua-Juraperle (1–2 mm, 25kg Bag): A premium granular filtration medium with 99.1% pure calcium carbonate. Its micro-crystalline structure makes it superior to ordinary limestone. Aqua-Juraperle raises water pH by converting free CO₂ into bicarbonate while gradually dissolving calcium. It also filters sediment efficiently.
  • Calcite: The most common naturally occurring calcium carbonate, crushed and screened from white marble. Used to neutralise acidic water, Calcite’s effectiveness depends on water conditions and requires periodic replenishment.
  • Corosex: Highly reactive magnesium oxide designed for continuous flow systems. Corosex neutralises low pH by removing free carbon dioxide and dissolves slowly over time, requiring occasional replacement.
  • Ecomix A & Ecomix C (25L Bags): Advanced multi-media blends combining calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide with other filtration materials for enhanced iron removal and pH adjustment.

 

Ideal for residential and commercial water treatment where natural mineral-based media are preferred for balanced water conditioning.

What kind of products does Waterwise Pumps sell?

Our products are selected for reliability, compliance, and long‑term performance, supporting both standalone installations and fully integrated water systems.

What is the delivery policy?

In-Stock Spare Parts: Orders placed before 3pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day. The orders are shipped via DPD next-day delivery for £8.20. Any in-stock spare part order over £500 will face an additional charge of £7.50 to cover additional insurance.
Supplier Spare Parts: Any orders for supplier spare parts will be processed the same working day once an order has been received. Delivery charges for these products start from £20. As these parts are dispatched directly from our suppliers, lead times can differ, and confirmation can be provided if required.
Tank Orders: Tank deliveries are handles separately due to their size and handling requirements. Delivery charges may range from free delivery to a delivery charge, depending on brand or tank. Lead times vary by product and manufacturer, and delivery is made on specialist transport. All tank deliveries are kerbside unless otherwise arranged. It is the buyers responsibility to offload the tank.

Do our prices include VAT?

All products on the Waterwise Pumps website are listed exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated and added automatically at checkout, based on the applicable UK VAT rate, before payment is taken.


This approach allows our pricing to remain clear and consistent for both trade and domestic customers, while ensuring the correct VAT amount is applied to every order. You will always be able to review the full order total, including VAT, before completing your purchase.
