The R30_MD_1PH_1.5KW FPZ Side Channel Blower is a single impellor “double stage” blower which supersedes the SCL-DH 30 model. A double stage impellor is mounted directly onto the motor shaft for contact-free compression.
When the air enters the inlet port, centrifugal forces in the impellor blades accelerates the air outwards, and with every rotation results in a further increase of pressure finally discharged through the outlet port.
